OTM for 10:00 Minutes: 15 Wallballs #30/#20
*remaining time in the minute perform max air squats
*Wallballs are unbroken, choose a weight that allows you to go unbroken

  1. At the recommendation of Cody B, I used a 20# ball as opposed to 25# and was glad I did. Ended up with total of 66 air squats which was within my goal range.

    Spicy one for sure, the quads are feeling the burn today!
