  2. I liked this workout. We had a good number of people in the 5:30 class so some had to switch up the order of activities.

    R1: 20 cal bike + 10 burpee box jump overs (24″) x 3
    R2: 20 cal row + 10 chest to bar X 3
    R3: 20 cal bike + 10 DB snatch @ 55# X 3

    Completed all work in 31:50.
