18 Shuttle Sprints
At the start of the clock, complete the repetitions of the triplet. Any time remaining in 4:00 is rest (if it takes us 2:15 to complete, we have 1:45 to rest). Repeat for a total of four rounds.
If we are using a rower, complete 15/12 calories per round.

    4 Rounds
    9 Thrusters @65lbs
    12 cal row
    12 burpees
    1 min rest

    However, I did not feel sassy. Zero sass

  2. Stayed pretty consistent with each round, but I’m with Britt – Zero sass.
    There was sauce.
    Fat sauce – it was sweat.
    Also, Ew.
