6 Strict handstand Pushups/DB Push Press 50/35
9 Deadlifts (225/155)

4 Sets of 6 Repetitions- Same weight across all four sets.

5 Sets of 5 Deadlifts- Aim is to build to a heavy set of five “touch and go” repetitions by the final set.
Set #1 – 65% of 1RM Deadlift
Set #2 – 70% of 1RM Deadlift
Set #3 – 75% of 1RM Deadlift
Sets #4 and #5 – Build to a heavy set of five repetitions.

    Strict Press: #115, across for all 4 sets of 6 reps
    Deadlifts: #255-#285-#305- #325-#345
    Big ups to the 7:30am class for working their butts off!

  2. Loved this one – 7 rounds + 11 reps RX’d. I didn’t have time for the extra deadlifts but hit up sets of 6 strict press @95lbs.

  3. Good workout tonight. Able to keep a good steady pace. 8 rounds + 3 HSPU RX.

    Followed it up with a great gymnastics class with Coach Ali Dings! So close to butterfly pull-ups.

    Want to improve your gymnastics? You need to come to these classes! Well worth the time and effort!
