July Athlete of the Month: Meghan H

1. Where are you from and where do you go to college/what year?
I currently live in Waterloo and I graduated from Guelph U and Queens BE.D. I grew up in Toronto and Kleinburg.

2. What is your favorite exercise/movement in crossfit?
Any movement will a barbell, minus thrusters lol

3. If you could follow only one instagram account, what would it be?
Kook slams

4. What is your biggest strength you are bringing to CrossFit Division?
Probably just consistency and dedication 

5. What 3 words would your closest friends use to describe you?
Unorganized, kind and honest 

6. What is your favorite TV show? 
Sex and the City 

7. What’s the last thing you searched for on Google?
Forest fires in the Temagami region

8. What’s your favorite cheat food?
100% for sure – ju jubes

9. What superpower would you want to possess?
I would want to have the power to stop all children from being neglected, abandoned and abused.

10. What do you want to be when you grow up?
I am already doing what I love: I am a mom of three amazing children and I adore my job and that’s being a teacher. 🙂

Teams of 2- 3 Sets of: 
Buy in: 80 Calorie BIKE
Then, 6 Rounds of: 
10- Toes-Bar5 Bar Muscle ups
*Split up the calories on bike as needed.
* One partner working at a time until 6 rounds is completed

    • The key was to scale appropriately i did sets of 7 toes to bar to work on stringing those together consistently then 3 jumping bar muscles ups.
