First Lieutenant Travis Manion, 26, of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, assigned to 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, based in Camp Pendleton, California, was killed by sniper fire on April 29, 2007 while fighting against an enemy ambush in Anbar Province, Iraq. He is survived by his father, Colonel Tom Manion, mother Janet Manion, and sister Ryan Borek.

  2. Today I hit a new low when someone in a car stopped to ask me if I was ok as I attempted to run around the building LOL. Great work everyone in the noon class I finished in 37:20 or 38:20 (I forget) @ 85lbs and 19 reps in the last five rounds.

  3. Well reading the comments helped me feel better.
    I did cry twice ……Dave still wouldn’t let me scale from what I started with and I tried to negotiate every Round. I also know I need to work on my mental game 🤦🏻‍♀️ #yourcoachknowswhatyouneed
