  1. I only have 275lbs of weight with me and no good spot for handstand walking so I decided to do half of or 15 minutes of “McGhee” which is:

    AMRAP in 30 minutes
    5 Deadlifts (275/185 lb)
    13 Push-Ups
    9 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

    I got 8+ rounds done.
