  1. Possibly the sweatiest workout of the year.

    Scaled most of the rope climbs, and scaled the front squat weight back for 18:20ish. Good to be back!

  2. This was a good one. Completed standard rope climbs and RX’d the rest for a time of 14:22. I Love Burpee Box Jump Overs! I Love Burpee Box Jump Overs! (If I keep saying it – it will come true).
