30/20 Calorie Bike
20 Pushups
3 Rope Climbs

    Great consistency to each round! especially with the 30 Calorie Bike and 20 Pushups!!! Great early morning training session gang! and BIG ups to 6:00am Meg for climbing up that rope!!!!! #likeABoss!
