  1. I did this at lunch with Jay. We did squat clean thrusters and scaled the weights to 115/135/155 – we made it through 57/50/46 reps.

  2. Liked this one! Brennen and I kept moving at a steady pace for whole workout. Pretty consistent and the weight felt good -spicy at the end but in a good way. 65-59-50.
