30-20-10: Chest-Bar Pullups
20:00- 30:00 Minutes
80-60-40: Wallballs 20lbs/14lbs
40-30-20: Pullups

  1. Fun workout – Jay and I did this at noon. Rx’d for the first two intervals and scaled to the 20lb wallball for the last interval. We finished in 29:30
