    8min EMOM
    – 5 Burpees
    – 6 Thrusters @65lbs
    *rest 5 min*
    8min EMOM
    – 5 Burpees
    – 6 Thrusters @65lbs

    Burpees and Thrusters (the Bobby and Whitney of Crossfit)… suck!
