Skill of the day: Bar Muscle ups
Primary Points of Performance

1. Controlled Kipp.
2. Practice pulling as deep as you possibly can, trying to get the bar close to the hips as possible without the transition.
3. Perform a mini situp and push your upper body over top of the bar.

Odd Minutes: 15/10 Calorie Bike
Even Minutes: 5/3 Bar Muscle ups

  1. Decided to finally ditch the banded BMU and try the real one at the 6AM class today.
    Got great cues from coach Cam and hit 1-2 BMU every round. So happy 🙂
