25/20 Cal Assault Bike 
25 Wallballs 20lbs/14lbs
Goal is 5 – 6 rounds, try to go unbroken sets on the Wallballs.  Scale weight as needed to maintain stimulus.

  1. Nice workout with the 6am crew led by coach Dave!
    Gotta work on those wallballs. Got 5 rounds + a few calories. Aimed at consistent pace (1000-1100 cal/hour) on the rower and scaled to 14lbs ball so I could go unbroken. Felt about the right dose.
