In Teams of 3: AMRAP in 30:00 MinutesBack Squats 
*With the goal of hitting 45,000lbs/30,000lbs as a team

Class Notes
* Teams will be established in class based off their 1RM
* One weight/loading will be used for the entire team/ approx 60% of 1RM , >10 Reps
*Individuals are encouraged to go one rep before failure on every set
*At the 15:00 Minute mark, teams will have the option of increasing the weight ONCE for the remainder of the workout.
