40 Wallball 30lbs/20lbs
15 Ring Muscle ups/Burpee Pullups
40 Wallball 30lbs/20lbs
15 Ring Muscle ups/ Burpee Pullups
40 Wallball 30lbs/20lbs
15 Ring Muscle ups/ Burpee Pullups
One Athlete working at a time, partition reps as needed
