  1. That was good! I was missing the 6am workouts. Trained alongside Geoff.
    Part 1 #185 (1 squat clean + 2 front squats)
    Part 2 #155 / 12 minutes. Did 1 squat clean + 9 front squats for the first 2 rounds. Last round was tough, I had to break into two parts.
    Thanks coach Cam for the hints.
