  1. I was working from home today so I did this at home solo.

    Every 15 minutes for 3 rounds I did:
    9-7-5 reps of
    muscle-ups
    squat snatches @115

    My times were:
    9 mins round 1, 10 min 15 seconds round 2, 9 min 45 seconds on round 3
