20 Bar Muscle ups
35 Squat Cleans #245/#165
*Squat Clean should not be over your 80%1RM*

Partition reps as needed, One Athlete working at a time.

  1. I did a version of this at home by myself today. I did 20 ring muscle-ups followed by 20 squat cleans @185lbs. It took me 12:57
