Working at home today so did this in my garage. No pegboard so I did 4 ring muscle-ups each round instead. I used a 50lb DB and finished in 19:45. Reply
I dunno my time (22 minutes?), but I did 13 double unders in a row, which was my highlight! 40 lb dumbell for the splits. Reply
