    Part 1. GHDs and chest-bar pullups as RX’d
    Part 2. scaled the sandbag to #100 and used the rower. Averaged 2:30 per round.

  3. Part 1.
    2 rounds ghd, then 4 rounds laying leg raises, all chest to bars

    Part 2
    100lbs sand bag, and all cals and burpees. Average 2:25 per round.
    Awesome workout, definitally greasy
