  1. I love this one. I started with 225 but after a few rounds decided 205 was a better choice. Other movements Rx’d. My time was 26:43. Kudos to Dave for a well thought out, efficient warm-up that let us finish this longer WOD before 1:00 today.

  2. I think I was around 25 minutes, scaled to 12lb wall-balls, push-ups, and #105 (#115 for the last few rounds thanks to Sharon). Really enjoyed this one.
