    Set 1. Used #60 DB and completed 30 snatches + 200′ HSW before the 8 minutes time cap
    Set 2. Used #50 DB and finished all the work in 7:57

  2. Really liked the 630pm class with Coach Dave! Awesome tips for handstands and kicking up without the wall :).
