  1. Great 5am class with coach Seth!
    Set 1. 3 rounds + 33 reps before the 7min time cap, #65 snatches
    Set 2. 5:34, #65 thrusters
    Set 3. 6:40, dropped to #55 snatches
    Set 4. 6:31, #65 thrusters
    Completed all double unders in each set.

  2. This one was tough but that’s too be expected it looked spicy on paper

    Wod 1- did 55lb but only 10 reps ~ 4:59
    Wod 2- 65lb for two rounds (Dave’s suggestion lol) and realized quickly it was a bad idea did 55lbs ~ 5:27
    Wod 3- same as above. ~ 6:20
    Wod 4 – 55lbs ~ 5:13
    Rx reps for all rounds of double unders

  3. That was hard! I went off the rails due to super tired shoulders on Set 3. I seemed to recover for the last set. Everything as Rx’d
    Set 1 – 6:05
    Set 2 – 4:35
    Set 3 – 8:48
    Set 4 – 5:34
