This one was tough but that’s too be expected it looked spicy on paper
Wod 1- did 55lb but only 10 reps ~ 4:59
Wod 2- 65lb for two rounds (Dave’s suggestion lol) and realized quickly it was a bad idea did 55lbs ~ 5:27
Wod 3- same as above. ~ 6:20
Wod 4 – 55lbs ~ 5:13

That was hard! I went off the rails due to super tired shoulders on Set 3. I seemed to recover for the last set. Everything as Rx’d
