    Good WOD – the row was just the right length to feel the burn in the last 100m

  2. Had the opportunity to share the barbell with Mr. Ricky (the fastest weightlifter in the house!) and got some tips as a bonus. Thanks, Ricky.

    I completed 4 sets around time cap. We used #105 / #125 / #135 and it got heavy very quickly!
