Odd Minutes: 4- Deadlifts*
Even Minutes: 4- Strict Shoulder Press*

*Athlete 1 starts with the Deadlifts as Athlete 2 starts with the Strict Shoulder Press, alternating every 2 minutes
*Build up in weight each round that passes with your partner, Starting at #225/155 for the Deadlifts and #115/#80 for the Strict Shoulder Press

  1. Loved this WOD today. Good way to start the week.
    Part 1
    deadlifts: 225/245/265/275/285/295/305/275
    shoulder press: 95-95-100-100-105-105-110-110
    Part 2
    As Rx’d. On the third round, the bike reset 20 cals in so I jumped off and did the lunges and double-unders. That took up the rest of the 20 minutes.

    Part 2. Time capped (20min) halfway through the 3rd round!
