B1) Lean Back Neutral Grip Banded Pulldowns: 10-10-10-10
B2) Underhand Seated Row: 15-15-15-15
B3) DB Reverse Flys: 20-20-20-20
C) Barbell Curl: Work up to a heavy set of 5 reps, then perform 100 reps with the empty barbell in the least amounts of sets as possible.
