A2) DB Walking Lunges: 10-10-10 (per leg)

B1) Banded Pull Throughs: 10-10-10
B2) Single Leg DB Romanian Deadlifts: 10-10-10 (per leg)

C) Goblet Squats: 1 Set of 10 reps, drop weight 1 set of 10 reps, drop weight again 1 set of MAX REPS (no rest in between sets)

D) Deadlifts: 1 Set of 10 reps, drop weight 1 set of 10 reps, drop weight again 1 set of MAX REPS (no rest in between sets)

E) Assault Bike: 2 sets 50/35 Calories SPRINT- Rest as needed between sets
