A1) Deadlifts: 5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5 *ascending in weight*
A2) Pullups using the high rings: 10-10-10-10-10
B) “Death by Barbell Row”* Choose a reasonable weight that you could do for 20 reps– Starting at 10 reps on minute 1, 12 reps on minute 2, 14 reps on minute 3, etc… until failure.
C) AMRAP in 7:00 Minutes: Barbell Curls 45lbs/35lbs
*Every time you drop accumulate 15 burpees at the end of the AMRAP.
*No longer than 20 seconds of rest after you drop the barbell during the AMRAP.
