B) Sumo Deadlifts: 5-5-5

C) Front or Back Squats 3 Sets of “21s”

7 Reps at the bottom half of the squat+ 7 Reps at the top half of the squat+ 7 Full ROM

D) OTM for 10:00 Minutes

Odd Min: Max Calorie Bike
Even Min: Max Reps Jump Squats
