11. What do you do when you’re not crossfitting?
I work for Westjet as Cabin Manager on The Boeing 767 and 787. My schedule varies, trips away are up to 6 days. When away for that length of time with the same crew there usually is some down time to enjoy the layover destination to go sight seeing, shop, socialize. When I am home and not at Crossfit I walk, Bike, cross county ski, kayak (depending on the season) and manage my rental units.

13. If you could program a WOD what would it be?
Glad I don’t have to come up with a WOD. I appreciate just showing up and following the daily WOD. The days I am not around I try to do a simple WOD that can be done in a hotel room or hotel Gym… 3 different movements for X amount of reps 3 times.

18. What advice would you give someone who is hesitant to join CrossFit?
Be open minded, get to a Crossfit Gym, get to know your coach, your fellow members and don’t give up. I joined CrossFit devision for the first time in 2013(? I think) I also had joined Gyms such as Goodlife several times in the past and will never go back. Even with the few days that I can attend a Wod each month it motivates me more then any other gym ever did. Crossfit coaches are well taught on the movements and know how to suggest scaling options for any level of fitness.
