Great 0630 Class!
I managed 5 rounds with toes-2-bar and 50lb DBs in my shop today. 1 3/4 laps around the table saw works out to 100′ 🙂
4 rounds, + 5 toes to bar. 40 lb dumbells. This one was sneaky!
BTW – loving the extra work on handstands. A great idea!
