  1. This was one of those “looks ok on paper” wods. A good grind that definitely was not to be underestimated. Held 6ish mins per round, tried breaking it up in various ways. The last round was really just about getting it done without losing my soul. Thanks to Coach J and Lori for setting a pace for me to follow.
