  1. That was a tough WOD. The biking got hard quick.
    Round 1 – 5:18 (muscle-ups unbroken)
    Round 2 – 6:42 (muscle-ups 6-5-4)
    Round 3 – 6:38 (muscle-ups 6-5-4)
    5 minutes rest between rounds

  2. Set 1. 6:12
    Set 2. 6:00
    Set 3: 6:24
    It was a good one 🙂 Scaled to burpee pullups, and rested for 3 mins. Thanks to Coach Cody for the handstand tips at the end.
