Part 1. In Teams of 2 complete the following for time- 5 Rounds of: 
3/2 Rope Climbs
20 Strict Handstand Pushups/DB Strict Press
 30 GHD Situps
Partition Reps as needed, One athlete working at a time.
Athletes Notes
*Rope climbs should be done under 1:20 most rounds
*Strict HSPU are ideally done in sets of 5+
*GHDs should be done in 1-2 sets most of the workout
Target Time: 15:00 Minutes
Time Cap: 22:00 Minutes 

Part 2. Accessory Work- 4 Sets, not for time
12 DB Good Mornings
12 Dumbbell Bench Press
12 Single Arm Dumbbell Row (right/left)
