*45:00 Minute Time Cap
*Partition reps as needed with your partner
*One Athlete working at a time

  1. I was just going to do a half Murph but ended up doing the whole thing, biked instead of running. Not as bad as I thought it was going to be! May do it next time with a vest. 38:05
