*Partition reps as needed with your partner
*One Athlete working at a time

  1. Did Murph at home this morning:
    1 mile run; 20 rounds: 5 pushups, 5 pullups (strict), 5 pushups, 15 air squats; 1 mile run
    1:22:20

    It took longer than it did for the previous two weeks for a few reasons:
    1. I had to do the pullups strict — the bar I have at home doesn’t let me kip effectively.
    2. The one mile route I planned has hills.
    3. No CFD energy to feed off of.

  4. James and I did this in our driveway from home. I scaled the pull-ups to 5 DB Rows (R/L), he changed the pull-ups to burpees.
