Did Murph at home this morning:
1 mile run; 20 rounds: 5 pushups, 5 pullups (strict), 5 pushups, 15 air squats; 1 mile run

It took longer than it did for the previous two weeks for a few reasons:
1. I had to do the pullups strict — the bar I have at home doesn’t let me kip effectively.
2. The one mile route I planned has hills.
3. No CFD energy to feed off of.
