40 Step-back Lunges
20 Burpees

Box Brief:
CrossFit Division will be closed until Sunday April 5, 2020.  It is our responsibility to keep our family safe. During these 2 weeks that we are closed the gym will be throughly cleaned to ensure a safe environment for when we return. Please stay tuned for more information.

  1. I hit up an old crossfit.com WOD from 10 years ago.

    30-25-20-15 and 10 rep rounds of:
    Box jumps, 24 inch box
    Toes to bar
    18:11 as Rx’d .

  2. At work today… so had some equipment to play with…
    5 Rounds
    – 20 cal row
    – 20 reverse lunges @ 70lbs
    – 20 burpees
    * 1 min rest *
    Time… unknown… around 30min

  3. James and I did this from the driveway again. A light jog to warm up, and then straight into the posted workout. Definitely missing the 530am group and loud music!
