Box Brief:

  1. I think I lost count in that first round lol

    – 4/16 lunges I’m pretty sure
    – 16/16 snatches + 10/30 skips

    14KG kettlebell, singleskips. I liked that one a lot.

  2. Another driveway workout for James and I! 14/14 lunges (body weight only) and 12/12 + 20 skips on 30lb DB snatches.

    Thanks for continuing to keep the WODs interesting for us!!
