3 Sets- AMRAP 5:00 Minutes, resting 2:00 Minutes b/t sets
40 Mountain Climbers
20 Alt. Jumping Lunges (total)

  1. 1:03:25 partner murph with my cat. used my doorframe pullup bar but had to go strict due to physics standing in my way. Holy crap I’m infinitely slower with strict pullups

    10 rounds
    3 neutral grip strict pullups
    10 pushups
    2 neutral grip strict pullups
    15 squats

  2. 1:16:40
    1 mile run
    8 rounds of 5/10/15 then switched to 6 rounds of 10/20/30
    1 mile run
    14 lb weighted vest

    Had to do the pull-ups strict with my doorframe bar.. never thought I’d look forward to push-ups in this workout!

  3. Did Murph on Friday and then again today, same style as last Monday: 1:15:19 on Friday, 1:16:31 today. Thanks to my brother Tom for doing both with me, virtually from Vermont.
