  1. I have been getting good use of my home gym equipment!

    Part 1
    OTM for 15 Minutes
    Back Squat, 2 reps
    Increase weight each set

    Part 2
    Every 1:15 for 24 rounds (30 minutes)
    Odd minutes: 15 cal Assault Airbike
    Even Minutes: 1 minute plank hold
