Went for a 5km job in my 14lb vest and then did Part 2.
Used 18kg box of cat litter for bent over rows 🙂
I did an old favorite of mine (Not related to how easy it is 🙂 )
*10*9*8*7*6*5*4*3*2*1 reps of:
Front Squat, 175lbs
Bench Press, 175lbs
* 400 meter run before each round.
46:36 – The goal was to go unbroken on all rounds. I had to break up bench on round’s 8 and 7 due to no spotter.
