CrossFit Division Goes Virtual!
We are excited to try some virtual classes over the next week or so to see how they go!
When is the first class?
Friday at 12!
How will it work?
Coach Sharon will lead a “class” complete with warmup, WOD and mobility.
All you need to do is click on this link at 12pm.
Technical Requirements:
You do not need to register for a Zoom account! 
You can log on via tablet, cell phone or computer. If using a device, simply download the Zoom App and click on the link above when it’s time for class.
Zoom is free and super easy to use!

WOD 1.
2 Sets: AMRAP in 7:00 Minutes
20 Plate Hope/40 Jumping Jacks
10 Burpees/5 Wall Walks
*Rest 3:00 Minutes b/t sets
-or-
WOD 2.
2 Sets: AMRAP in 7:00 Minutes
40 Double Unders
8 Strict Handstand Pushups or 12 Kipping Handstand Pushups or 15 Hand Release Pushups
*Rest 3:00 Minutes b/t sets

Athletes Notes
*Try to keep the double unders unbroken throughout the entirety of the workout.
*Pick your poison on the pressing options. Most advanced would be strict, then kipping, followed by hand release pushups.
*No matter what you choose, make smart breaks from the beginning.

Box Brief:
CrossFit Division will be closed until Sunday April 5, 2020.  It is our responsibility to keep our family safe. During these weeks that we are closed the gym will be throughly cleaned to ensure a safe environment for when we return. Please stay tuned for more information.
