Thanks for joining me via video again. That was really tough with the 35lb dumbbell, I only managed about a round and half each section. Started on the left the second time through to even it out.
I did a conditioning WOD today after a relatively hard week of lifting
OTM 40 minutes:
Minute 1 – 15 Assault Bike calories
Minute 2 – 12 Burpees
Minute 3 – 35 Double-unders
Minute 4 – 15 KB Swings
It was a nice dose. HR was way up after minutes 1 and 2 and then came down enough during the double unders and kb swings to go again.
