  1. I did the following today:
    Part 1
    OTM for 15 Minutes:
    Front Squats, 2 reps increasing weight each set

    Part 2 – One of the CFD WODs from 2017
    2 Rounds:
    185 lb Deadlift, 25 Reps
    Wall ball shots, 50 Reps
    Assault Bike, 50 Calories

    Part 1 – started at 135 then went to 225 10lbs per round and kept it there/
    Part 2 – 16:28 – quite a bit slower than last time but still happy with the time. Absolutely miserable feeling after.

  2. Finished 4 rounds and got to 6 burpees in round 5. Fun one, went with lateral hops over the dumbbell instead of double unders, harder than they look
