Joined the noon zoom class with Coach Seth
Got 6 rounds/30 strict pullups and some high knees at the end with remaining time that wasn’t enough for another full lap.
Also joined at noon.
I got 6 rounds (22 pull-ups total), plus I added 10 KB rows per arm (14KG) every round after the first to supplement my low pullup numbers 😉
