    50 Single-arm KB Thrusters (14KG)
    40 Alternating KB snatch
    30 Goblet-hold KB weighted straight-legged situps
    20 Burpees
    10 Hang Power Cleans per side

    Rest 3 min between rounds

    25:00 even
