  1. Had to change lunges to squats.
    Great first wod of the week to kick my ass into gear and getting back to working out!
    Managed 10 rounds plus 4 pull ups. 🙂

  2. Took a stab at doing Saturday’s support-your-box WOD Rx today – got 248 reps (37/50 DU in final set) before timecapping. Pretty slow doing double-unders in sets of 3 at a time 😀

    I’m gonna make it a goal to nail doubleunders before we come back to the box.

    • I coached Travis through COVID.2, and then repeated COVID.1 while he coached me through it. Improved my score by 42 reps!
