  1. Joined the noon zoom class with Coach Seth

    First round got to 38/50 cleans
    Second round got to 32/40 squats
    Finished third round

    Used 35lb DB

  2. Here’s today’s garage gym WOD:

    Part 1
    Hanging Power Cleans
    5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2-1-1

    Part 2
    21-15-9
    155 pound Power Clean
    Assault Bike Calories
    Box Jumps

    I did 135lbs to 225lbs on part 1 increasing by 10 lbs each set. Part 2 – 10:34

  3. Joined the noon zoom class. That was spicy, a good amount of work to fit into 7min

    Since my pullup options are limited I switched out for KB rows for this one so that I could do the whole thing in one place.

    14KB kettlebell

    First round I stuck with 5/10/15 for Cindy rounds and got to 40/50 cleans by 7min
    Second round I scaled to 5 rows per arm, 6 pushups, 9 squats for the round of Cindy and finished with ~2min for rest
    Third round I kept the scaling and finished by 22:22

  4. Done.
    My Strict Cindy was 10 seated band rows, 10 push ups and 15 air squats.
    Used #25 DB for power cleans, goblet squats and squats clean thrusters.
    Finished first set with a few seconds to rest.
    Second set 2 minutes rest.
    Cool down with mobility work.

  5. Did this one with Ring Rows and a 35lb KB.

    Rd#1: 5:43
    Rd#2: 4:57
    Rd#3 : 5:14

    *listened to Backstreet Boys the whole time*

  6. Used a 30lb dumbbell, but no pull up bar so opted for the 10 push-ups and 20 squats.40/50 in the first round, 25/40 in the second, completed at 24:10
